Buying "I Am Very Far" vinyl from Amazon

Does anyone know if the vinyl version of I Am Very Far is the same when bought from Amazon.co.uk, as well as the official okkervilriver.com store? (If I was to buy the double LP from the official okkerilriver.com website, it would include the "embossed jacket with 28 page booklet, a download code supplied for a digital download of the album, plus the D-Side is etched with a design by artist William Schaff")
