Wow, what a coincidence. I just watched 4 episodes from season 1 -- I'd forgotten how great that show is. I've got the poster thing from their album hanging up in my dorm, haha.

I've actually only discovered Flight of the Conchords only a few months ago and I love their stuff.
I've seen some youtube videos and I have their first season on dvd, and I think that they're pretty funny!

Yeah, same here. I started watching season 1 (for the first time) on friday. So far, it is pretty good. I've been walking around today saying "it's business time" a lot actually. It just keeps stuck in my mind. :D

I've just discovered them and like what I've seen so far.
The Bowie song is genius!

Wow, FOTC was so amazingly wonderful! I'm really glad we went...it was sold out and I haven't bought scalped tickets in ages, but this was so totally worth it. They came on stage in the robot costumes. They weren't really "in character," they just seemed to be themselves I guess...they'd sing songs, then chat a bit...so funny...see them if you can. I cannot get "Business Time" out of my head...

I just saw them in SLC a couple weeks ago. Definitely the best concert I've been to in a long time! (My second row seat might have had something to do with it.) I ran into Jemaine in the alley behind the concert hall after the show and got a pic with him. I was twitterpated for two days after that. :D

I love the word twitterpated almost as much as I love FOTC. Although if I spoke with Jemaine (or Bret), I'd probably be twitterpated for more than a couple of days.
Oh dear, look what they've done to the blues, blues, blues

I loved it when Jemaine referred to the Australian accent as 'an evil version of our accent.' The NZ-Oz stuff in that show is just hilarious. (I often wonder what people in other countries make of all that. Especially as most people who aren't us can't seem to tell the difference between our accents. But I guess Australians can't tell the difference between Americans and Canadians, which could be the same thing.)
