Thanks so much for posting about this.
Just to add, Will wrote a fantastic intro for the Okkervil section in the book. Other neat aspects, John Darnielle write the intro for the book Itself, and Jason Molina recorded a 10" LP specifically for this book. It comes with the book, slides into the back, just like a record.
Thanks to all who have supported my work, and Okkervil's work all these years. This is a great way to look at all their stuff over the years, including non album related art, all in one place.
